Our high standards begin with the origin of our products: Scottish Red Label salmon, locally farmed trout 20 km away in the town of Elliant (29), wild tuna caught by line. A unique know-how to transform and enhance these products in order to satisfy you for your family meals, throughout the year....

Our products are salted with dry Guérande salt, cold smoked with beech logs before being sliced with a knife. Never frozen! Open Monday and Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Wednesday, Thursday and Friday by appointment.
