  • Our elders let it smoke in the fireplace for several months for conservation; it also had an exceptional flavor. Three generations already...and we still keep the authenticity of a family know-how, that of Andouille from Guémené-sur-Scorff. The Maison de l'Andouille does not offer tours of its premises.
