Your obligations
You are the owner of tourist accommodation (hotel, campsite, bed and breakfast, furnished tourist accommodation, etc.) that you wish to rent out for a fee on a short-term basis. You are required to :
- inform your customers of the tourist tax rates applicable in the King Morvan region,
- collect it and pay it to the Roi Morvan Communauté.
If you use an intermediary such as Airbnb, Booking, HomeAway etc., the intermediary will be responsible for collecting and transferring the tourist tax to RMCom. You don't have to do anything, apart from advertise the rates in your accommodation and on your website.
