You cannot cross the village of Kernascléden without being struck by the beauty of the Notre-Dame church. This building, a benchmark of flamboyant Gothic architecture, has all the riches of that time. Inside, one is blown away by the magnificence of the murals representing the scenes from the life of the Virgin Mary and Jesus. We dream in front of the musical angels who challenged an illustrious visitor: the painter Maurice Denis. We are more worried about hell and its devils or the macabre dance which reminds us that we are all equal in the face of death. The church of Kernascléden also conceals another "treasure". A bat colony has taken up residence in its bell tower! This is why, right next to the church, the walkers can visit the House of the bat where the dynamic team which works there will make them know everything about the mysterious world of these young ladies of the night.
