
Guémené andouille cake
This recipe is ideal for a picnic. It's easy to make and transport. Be careful at a picnic, there are always ants... and everyone loves Guémené andouille!

Ingredients
- Andouille sausage170g Serves 4
- 200g Flour
- 120g Grated Gruyère
- 1bag Yeast
- 12 cl Milk
- 1tablespoon Oil
- 2 Onions
- 3 Eggs
Recipe steps
Start by turning the oven on to 180°-200°C. It will be at the right temperature when you put the cake in the oven.
Mince the onions and fry in a pan with a little butter
Mix the eggs, flour, baking powder, milk and oil in a bowl.
Add the cheese, onions and chopped andouille sausage.

Pour the mixture into the tin and into the oven!
The cake should bake for around 45 minutes. To check that it's cooked through, stick the blade of a knife into the cake. If it comes out dry, the cake is cooked.
