It's a really easy recipe to make, so even children can get involved.

Ingredients
  • 60g andouille de guemene
  • 1 Egg
  • 100g Flour
  • 50g Butter
  • 40g Parmesan cheese
  • 15g Sesame seeds
  • 1teaspoon Yeast

Recipe steps

Preheat the oven to 180°-200° C
Mix the flour, Parmesan and baking powder in a bowl
Add the softened butter and egg
Mix with your hands
Add the diced andouille sausage and sesame seeds
Mix together
Line the baking tray with baking parchment
Form the dough into small balls. Flatten them and spread them out evenly on the baking tray so that they don't touch when baking.
Leave to cook for around 15 minutes
