This is the recipe for those who aren't good in the kitchen but want to make a splash as an aperitif!

Ingredients
  • andouille de guemene
  • Traditional baguette
  • Semi-salted butter

Recipe steps

Preheat the oven to 120°-150°C
Cut the baguette into slices 1 to 2 cm thick
Cut the andouille into thin slices
Lightly butter the baguette slices and place a slice of andouille sausage on top
Place on a baking tray and heat in the oven for about 5 minutes.
That's all there is to it!

And now the version for those who really suck!

It's unbelievable because, frankly, at this stage, it's not even cooking...

  • Use the same ingredients as before
  • Ask the baker to slice the baguette
  • Butter the baguette slices and place a thin slice of andouille on top

That's all there is to it, so if you don't even know how to turn on an oven, you can still offer your guests a convivial aperitif!
