Take a stroll through the streets and neighbourhoods to find out a little more about the town's history, heritage and famous people... Who was Marion du Faouët or Jean-Corentin Carré? Pay attention to the details, take a good look around you and you'll be able to solve all the mysteries.

Saint-Fiacre Chapel

This remarkable 15th-century Gothic building is full of treasures. Jubilee, altarpiece, cartouche, crochet, pinnacle, stained glass... the answers to the riddles will enlighten you about this vocabulary, specific to architectural heritage. We'll also tell you the legend of Saint-Fiacre and give you some clues about medieval dress codes!

You've had fun, but you've also learned a lot. Le Faouët no longer holds any secrets for you... By the way, there's a discovery trail at the painting museum! Now, before we go any further, we could certainly do with a break! A little crêpe to get your strength back... And maybe a break at the Ursulines playground to rest your brain? The Ursulines...isn't there a connection with the museum???

Game boxes in the Land of the King of Morvan!

Put on your adventurer's costume for three scenarios based on three historical figures, real or imaginary...

  • Marion's Secret: embark on a quest to find a mystery chest that once belonged to the famous brigand in Le Faouët.
  • Le secret de l'Ymagier, plunges you into the fantastic and disturbing world of medieval imagiers, in Kernascléden.
  • Le secret de l'Américain (The American's Secret), a Breton American returns to his roots and asks you to find his childhood home in Gourin.

These three adventures can be played independently using three game boxes, on sale for €10 at the two reception desks of the Pays du Roi Morvan tourist office.
