A superb lake in the heart of Priziac, awarded the "Station Verte" label
The Lac du Bel Air in Priziac is 54 hectares of nature. Fish, birds, insects, flowers and plants - it's a whole little universe that lives there. It has to be said that there's plenty ofspace for everyone, even people who want to get some fresh air... And the locals don't mind.
The lake is also the liveliest place in the Station Verte. It's a place to meet up, relax, go for a walk and, above all, you can go sailing.
A water sports centre in the heart of the King Morvan region
At the Lac du Bel Air water sports centre in Priziac, you can choose your craft: dinghy, catamaran, kayak, electric boat. You can even paddle with or without pedals. And you can choose how you want to practice.
Hire
Do you already know the basics? This is the best way to go out on your own, with your family or with friends. It's very safe. There's always someone looking after you.
Sailing courses
If you've never sailed before, an instructor will teach you everything you need to know about sailing in a friendly atmosphere, so you can start sailing and perhaps venture out to sea later.
Kayak courses
Thanks to this ancestral means of navigation, which allows you to move around gently, you can enjoy magnificent views over the lake.
Private lessons
This is the perfect way to become more independent and make faster progress in your chosen water sport.
Activities in a Native American canoe
In summer, the water sports centre also offers wildlife discovery trips and night-time trips to learn all about bats. It's amazing to be out on the lake at night, and it's a great opportunity to get in a canoe. It's the ideal outing to take after a visit to the Maison de la Chauve-souris in Kernascléden.
Serious learning
At the Lac du Bel Air water sports centre, you're going to have a great time in the open air, but be careful: you can't just do anything on the water. To make sure you don't take any risks, a qualified instructor, Éric, will be on hand to help you learn the right moves to practise safely. What's more, the centre has been awarded the École Française de Voile (French Sailing School) label. Thanks to this solid training, tailored to your needs, you'll be able to make the most of the freedom and thrills that water sports have to offer.
Nature-based leisure activities for all tastes by the lake
As well as the activities available at the water sports centre, the lake offers plenty of opportunities to have a great time.
The beach and swimming
The beach for sandpits, the marked out shallow swimming area for safety, the pontoon for diving and jumping... everything you need to face the hot summer days.
The play area
With games for the little ones and a volleyball net for the grown-ups, Priziac is a lively place! There are also picnic tables and a barbecue available. Barbecues are great fun. Come on, let's have a sausage to build up your strength before going back out to play!
Fishing
And if you'd rather sit back and relax by the water, then a good spot of fishing is just what you need. But beware of sunburn! You don't want to sit still for too long!
Hiking
You can also go for a long walk. There are two walking routes along the lake.
